CH12 is heavily shounen inspired, but CH13 is all shoujo hehe (hopefully that only becomes more apparent as the chapter goes on).
I loooove designing random background characters too, coming up with so many different unique looking patrons was so much fun. 😀

So happy to finally reveal it! In a much earlier version of CH3 (where the AGPgang didn’t get a chance to get violent) Jaden went inside, but I just really wasn’t set on a design yet. Feeling very confident about this one though (and with my cheeky little out that the decor changes based on the kind of night it is XD).

Also, what is that mysterious F door in the back? I’m assuming it’s the restroom since there’s a woman waiting outside it, but she could also be waiting on her date to finish ordering at the bar.

EEEEEEE Absolutely adore this!!!! The composition, the color choice, just everything!! Also I haven’t seen anyone mention this but I adore your representation of mixed race lesbian couples!! I mentioned my maybe-girlfriend a good couple or so chapters back but we’re going to celebrate our 1 year anniversary in a month or two and we’re mixed-race so seeing the number of mixed-race lesbian couples makes me so happy lol- Riley and Blaire, (Future) Riley and Jaden, etc. etc!! And the fact that she's still wearing her wedding ring… Lesbian love endures even after death. </3 Not to bring up moids in a (thankfully) otherwise moid-free environment, but she was immediately contrasted in my mind (to her benefit, ofc) with all those men who move on almost immediately after their wife passes away because they just can't stand not having a domestic and sexual servant to take advantage of 😒. I'm so glad we'll (hopefully) get to see more of her in the next page! And I am crossing all my fingers and toes that she'll be a big part of these next chapters. *Also* I hope that anyone who is unkind to her dies a horrible and painful death off-screen <3

I’ve been to venues for rock shows that had chandeliers! They were cool and the chandeliers did cool things with the lighting effects! Therefore I vote the chandelier stay permanently regardless of the theme night.

Started between some friends and I 1) to signal we were talking about female besties only 2) work through shared body dysmorphia around having breasts, by making it a silly fun thing to acknowledge rather than feel disgust or shame about.
These days it is a highly positive term of endearment I use for all the women who read and comment on LB.
