Here’s a bigger look, since her sprite is so small in the group shot. You can look forward to several poses and expressions from Miss Muddles! Since she’s now been revealed, I can also share that the real-life Muddles will be providing her voice whenever she speaks. IRL Muddles is incredibly vocal at meal times. I captured the following over about 3 days, and compiled the clearest ones.
What should her starting Voice Actor salary be?
IRL Miss Muddles will also be turning 18 this month (and will obviously be living forever, of course), if you wish to celebrate <3

I really tried to cram in everything I hate about sex-swaps into all of their designs. I’ve begun editing their segment of the chapter, and it’s been an absolute blast. Can’t wait to hit you all with it, lmfao.
On a final note, I’ve realized during some scripting re-writes, you won’t be meeting the the new members of the cast until chapter 15. I’ve decided to cut chapter 14 shorter than I originally intended, because I feel it works better thematically.

A lot of blushing on Jaden and Blaire's faces!!! I wonder what's causing it! The range of expressions looks really wide and delicate in comparison to my usual experience of VNs. The latter tend to have 2 or 3 eyebrow positions times 2 mouths, which basically mean two or three levels of positive or negative emotion. Between Blaire and Jaden, I can pick out puzzlement, frustration, disgust, worry, sheepishness, charming, "no babe dw this part of gender isn't sexist <333", and the signature face Jaden makes when she struggles to accept positive feedback (what is this called besides "cute"?). Really glad the video format lets you retain this level of expression without hurting yourself.
Finally, Star Shifters. I do enjoy sex swap fanart every now and again depending on fandom and how they're done, but seeing your designs for the Star Shifters really helped me understand why you and others dislike them. A lot of them really do come off as "the two genders are Meat Block and Ornamental Eyelashed Impracticality." Who wouldn't be disgusted seeing that in children's media? Hope that's the source of Jaden's narrow-eyed "ew" face.

Unrealistic, the female frog/insect star shifter’s face is too cartoony and stylized, she should look inexplicably human while the male one stays exactly the same

In a bubble I continue to enjoy the Star Shifters designs just because they’re all cute and appealing (Except the female red cyclops, who reminds me of the AGP gang leader for some reason) but I totally understand your frustrations about the annoying trends that are way too common in female character design.
I don’t like but totally notice how a lot of the male forms have expressions that make them look confident and cheeky whereas the girls all tend to have cute, non-threatening smiles lmao. Oof… I can definitely see why a thoughtful kid like Faith would take issue.
