**Traum as in, the german word for dream, not trauma without an ‘a’, lmfao. That has been every person’s reaction to Riley’s PJ’s so far XD.
I’m getting closer and closer to the finish line, which also means I’m running out of things to show you gyns that aren’t super spoilery. So only read ahead if you don’t mind that sort of thing.
I’m at about the 18 minute mark in terms of video length, and still have a few more scenes left to edit together. I’m really proud of how it’s looking!
Related to that last screenshot, here is a very early moving background test I did last year, before I’d even finished chapter 13 (hence the old dialogue boxes). The text speed is a lot faster now too XD
Although I really liked the dark look, the lighter one was better suited for what I was going for. I was very inspired by the backgrounds in the 90’s Sailor Moon anime, which manage to make nighttime look so magical with so few colours. I adore it. The car wheels also move in the new one too.

My rage aside i love the driving background is absolutely giving off the sailor moon inspiration! All these lil hints at the final animation as mouth water and im FLOORED youre making it 18 minutes!!!!!

Hahahahaha Riley got Mike Wazowski’d. It’s a shame because she looks really cute there (I love how feathery the hair at the nape of her neck is drawn!) but the laughs were worth it lmao
