Through the steam of my rage I just wanna say A* writing, 10/10. The QT pages were infuriating but funny, like they were on the far side of the glass at an exhibit. To let their BS out like this at the end, while Riley’s trying to protect a new friend, no less… Damn. I feel quite punchy, ahaha.

Gendies really come across as super religious people to me. I think it would be impossible to have a relationship with a person who goes to church, genuinely believes in a god, actively participates in religion. It’s not a disagreement about politics, it’s a disagreement about reality. You can’t say god isn’t real to a religious person, the same way you can’t tell a gendie trans is bullshit. Blaire is a fundamentalist, and it’s very difficult to change their minds. Riley is in a tough spot 🙁

I have only noticed now that Blaire’s eyeliner is seen through her hair and I am never going to get it out of my head the idea that the QTs dye their hair so often (like every gender change) that it becomes translucent.

I’m so confident Blaire is never going to come around based off the “you’ve got a big storm coming” comments but I’m choosing to cope and pretend that maybe that just means it’s going to be a messy arc, maybe she’ll peak eventually and it’ll just be a long road to get there
I embrace her being messy and fucking everything up but at the same time I hope she at least partially realizes the error of her ways and is like “damn. maybe i took this a bit too far with the transing all butch lesbians thing.”
i just read all 11 chapters of this instead of studying for finals, and it was soooo worth it. can’t wait to see what happens next, especially with blaire and jaden. i really do hope that riley and jaden get closer also.
