Uh Oh :(

Culture note: In Australia rental inspections are the norm. Usually ever 3-6 months. Some landlords are more lax, but in my experience, they've always upheld doing very thorough inspections to ensure you're taking care of any garden, keeping the place clean, and not adding paint/nails or anything permanent they didn't previously approve.
