Nelly's been mentioned in passing but never appeared in-frame. She is Yonique's medical officer, and that is her dog Luca. You can expect to see more of her later in the story!
And the woman with thie child is Violet - same one who drove Jaden to work in Chapter 3. She's Yonique's bartender.
