Man… I both love and hate Blaire. I think the biggest tragedy (aside from the harm she causes to Riley and others, ofc) is that if it wasn’t for her obsession with trans crap, it feels like she’d be perfectly fine as a person. Yes, still a bit inclined to be overbearing at times, maybe even a bit of a selfish lover (I don’t think we’ve actually seen her doing anything to Riley) but a fun, bubbly and friendly person who wants to be friends with everyone and steps boldly back out onto the dance floor after being eaten out in the toilets. It’s really obvious that the only reason she’s into Gender is because she wants to be a good person and is trying to think about others… it’s just such a damn shame that it’s aimed at a group of people who tend to be pretty awful.
Big fan of the tonal shift here, though… so much tension in Riley. Somehow sex didn’t solve the underlying problem I think, lmao…
