You made me remember something: Jacobus (Jaden’s father) didn’t show his eyes neither. Is like Jaden cannot remember his full face. And then you have this moid with no eyes neither, like if Shez doesn’t want to remember his face.
I might be grasping at the straw, but is an interesting theory. Then again, people says “eyes are the windows of the soul”, but is obvious Chris doesn’t have a soul.

From a meta perspective, neither have eyes or distinctive facial features because I don’t wanna devote time to designing unique male characters if I don’t have to. Their face could be filled by any guy.
Chris’s constant shadowy gradient was definitely meant as more foreboding though, while I tried to mostly use Jacobus’s cap when obscuring his face.
In-universe, while not abusive like Chris, Jacobus’s face is probably painful for Jaden to remember, because for a long time she believed she was the reason he died. And thus, blocked it out – whether consciously or subconsciously.
With Chris, I’m sure it’s an entirely conscious decision Shez makes to forget his ugly mug.
Thats because the crack is not coming from his nuts. Its HorseBlaire. She approached from behind and swung a bat at his back to throw him off balance so lil sis is released + then Shez can finish him as intended.
