    But sheesh, Shez is in such a scary position, to be fighting a full grown adult at her age.

    Eeeeerghhhhhh… It’s cool how Chris’ dialog is largely covered up because it’s not terribly relevant here and you can understand the idea of the vile shit from context alone, but holy shit, once I’d actually deciphered it this got even darker. Can’t wait to see the moment Shez’s boot finds its target, holy shit.

      Thank you! I wanted his works (and Rocky’s in the second panel) to really feel like background noise that Shez was barely hearing as she made up her mind.

    Oo! Seconding the dingos dragging him away and taking the heat off Shez for his murder! Might take more than three, though. A pack of them! That or they’re near a river and a nice fat saltwater croc takes care of the problem once and for all.

    She can knee Chris, they can take his car and drive off, leave it somewhere where they can take a bus / get on public transport and then they’re off to the races! (Except he would probably not stop looking for them :c)

        She doesn’t know how to drive? God, I really thought I couldn’t hate Chris any more than I already did but he moved her all the way out here, 20 kilometers away from the next busstop and not only does she not have a car of her own SHE DOESN’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO DRIVE??
         

        Like, we already knew he was evil, but. Literally evil behavior.

    Oh you genius. It took me a few read throughs to notice – Shez, in the last panel. She’s a lion. The shadow of her neck is the eye, her hair is the mane, the crease of her arm is the mouth. That’s incredible.
